We work in education, legal, healthcare, technical, and government. We’ve earned a reputation as a trusted vendor nationwide, and we’re proud to serve a wide range of public and government clients. Each sector gets its own chapter, below.
Education.
Sector / 01
When families can’t read the documents their school sends home, they can’t be part of their child’s education. Translation and interpretation fix that. Fox works with school districts nationwide. Our linguists know academic language, and they translate both General Education and Special Education paperwork: IEPs, ARDs, 504 plans, psych evaluations, meeting invitations, budgets, flyers, and handbooks.
Our interpreters show up for the meetings that matter. Parent-teacher conferences. IEPs. ARDs. Disciplinary hearings. The goal is simple: the parent understands what the school is saying, and the student gets the services they need. We follow NAETISL and AAITE standards, and we train continuously to keep that bar high.
Legal.
Sector / 02
Our court interpreters are trained in court protocol, court-qualified, and experienced in consecutive and simultaneous interpretation as well as sight translation. Fox has built a scalable service center that expands language access within the judicial system with minimal disruption to court procedure. We schedule a rotation of dedicated interpreters by language need, and our live dispatcher assigns them to the day’s dockets. Less stress on court staff. Fewer delays.
The program runs on Zoom today and can extend to other platforms. By tracking and analyzing data, we cut waiting times for courts and keep continuity and consistency intact. That maximizes court resources while protecting language access.
Healthcare.
Sector / 03
Fox grew out of medical work, and it still matters to us that patients with limited English proficiency get the care they deserve. Clear, accurate communication is how diagnoses land right, how treatment plans stick, and how medication errors get avoided. Patient safety depends on it. That’s why we cover the whole picture: spoken interpretation in the room, and written translation for the forms, discharge instructions, and regulatory documents that come before and after.
Technical.
Sector / 04
Technical translation is specialized vocabulary under pressure. Engineering, IT, manufacturing, science. The margin for error is small. Instruction manuals, engineering specs, safety protocols, training materials, product guides: Fox has the subject-matter depth to translate and interpret complex material accurately and to industry-standard practice.
Government.
Sector / 05
Fox provides language access to state, city, and county agencies throughout the country. Conferences, public hearings, scholarship programs, community events, town halls, listening sessions: our linguists know the protocols and regulations that govern language access in each setting. Public engagement is how local government stays connected to the people it serves, and we’re here to keep that line open.
